Perfect for home, office or any medium size event. Typical delivery with equipment includes:
·Gance’s to assist in where to best set up buffet
·Linens for Buffets and Accent Pieces
·The proper placement of equipment, such as chaffing dishes with sterno,
food display trays, baskets for rolls & butter
·Utensils for food serving
·All plastic ware (plates, forks, knives & napkins) for guests
·Return visit to clean up buffet or to pickup all equipment

Delivery with Equipment & Buffet Attendant
For your convenience, we offer an on site buffet attendant to manage the food and equipment. This really helps for groups of 50 or more guests. Our professional staff will do the set up as described above, and then stay through for the entire food service time managing the food buffet, and refilling the chaffing dishes, keeping things neat and orderly to help you be able to enjoy and entertain your guests . This service typically lasts 1.5 hrs. Afterwards, we will clean up the buffet and assist you with the packing up of any leftovers you wish to take home from the buffet. This service adds 15% but deletes the $45.00 charge above.
