Thank you for your inquiry about Gance’s Complete Catering. With over 60 years in the foodservice industry, we will be pleased to provide quality food and service for your special event. We are a fully licensed and insured, full time off premise caterer.  We talk to many customers by phone and know that choosing the right caterer can be a big decision. We would like to take time to explain some services that Gance’s provides for your event. (These services are for full service events only)

 

1. Service Table Linens: Tablecloths for your buffet tables and  hors d’oeuvre displays are included at no additional cost.

 

1. Your Guest Table Linens: Linens for your DJ, Cake, Registration, and Gift table are included with the rental of your guest table linens and napkins from Gance’s for $6.00 per guest table

 

1. China: If your hall does not have adequate tableware (plates, silverware, glassware etc.) or you are holding an event with no china available (ex: outdoor) Gance’s will order any rentals that are needed and have the rental company deliver to your location the day of the event. Gance’s will properly handle the china to be picked up by the rental company.  These will be billed separately to the customer by the rental company.

 

1. Job Coordinator: One of our event coordinators will meet with you the week of the event. At this time room layout and any rentals that are needed will be discussed. As well as any special details for your event. The job coordinator will be on site the day of your event and handle all special details.

 

1. All service staff: All servers, chefs and kitchen staff will be included with full service events.

 

1. Wedding cake cutting service and toast pouring: Gance’s will cut and serve the wedding cake and pour champagne for the toast.
